So, Basically construct these rooms in the ground floor we can finish the construction in maximum 800 to 1500 sqft. and if we exceed 1500sqft in ground floor its not an proper house for normal life above 1500 sqft construction for ground floor only made for commercial building. If we need another one set of house or need extra rooms for childrens or parents or whatever if we need extra rooms we can built it in 1st floor its also making a house taller and look modern.

Just imagine in two way
1st Way We are going to construct 10 rooms in ground floor then we need to construct a foundation and basement for all 10 rooms and making the room construction and finally slab.
2nd Way We are going to construct10 rooms in but not all in ground floor. 5 rooms in ground floor 5 rooms in 1st floor want to construct. Then think we only construct foundation and basement for 5 rooms . we do not need another 5 rooms foundation because it wiil construct in abouve slab level yes i know we also want to construct one more slab for 1 st floor but its affect the major cost of the building.
3.Design.
Basically comparing the single storey and double storey building the looking and modern view is we will only get in the double storey building. Yes i accept single storey is also can mak gorgious but i am try to tell just comparing single storey to double storey double storey is little more gorgeous look for ever...
4.Consume less area.
Double storey house is only consume less area if we need more rooms . using double storey method we can get more rooms in less area...
5.Better Visualisation.
Double storey house is only get its taller appearence and modern look better visuality and less amount use and avoid of waste of materials..
