This is the Single Storey Residential Building while its design by using the Revit Architecture. As well as for the rendering use the Vray software .
In this design thr front elevation i look like familiar and not so smart but its look ok. because its an small house. the exterior look is only give more modern and also the design is workout by the modern world style.
All over the design is done by only the client requirement in tamilnadu particularly in kanyakumari area this the modern house thats mostly the builders are try to built today construction world.

This is an single storey residential building. And the staircase is given in out side of the house. Thats an one way staircase but its enough for this design.
The plan not contains of dimension of rooms because its all over use designs we can edit the dimension as per client recommend. but the only one main rules is we cant edit the outer line of plan. Because its strictly affect our design so we cant edit the outer line of plan.
By the way the standard dimension is only used for all over designs
